In additional to normal student training and assessment product support, Auctus team is ready to support our students to ensure that all our students can achieve their goals. We will, when required, facilitate access to a range of additional learning and wellbeing support services for individuals participating in any of our training programs.

These services are provided with utmost privacy and confidentiality. Some of these services are undertaken in-house whilst other more specialist services are outsourced on a commercial referral basis.

    Additional support service areas include:

    • Academic support (provided in-house): Students requiring additional academic support should discuss their needs with our trainers or see our Student Support Officer or Training Coordinator who will assess the type and level of support needed and offer support as appropriate.
    • Payment planning (in-house)
    • Success and Wellbeing Services (SWS) include counselling for vocational, emotional, financial and psychological needs (provided via external referrals)
    • Access to language, literacy, numeracy and digital (LLND) support (provided externally)
    • Reasonable adjustment and disability access support (provided in house and/or outsourced referral)

For external referrals, we work closely with two SWS providers. They provide services through their SWS coaches who can be reached out using the following contact details:

    Testimonials

Thank you for being so patient, suportive and inspiring. I have learnt so much from this course and I'm glad to be one of the students in your class. Miles has been an amazing trainer! I'm looking forward to joining his class again in the future!

Amelia, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

I enrolled in the Cert 4 in Training and Assessment and have found that Auctus provides the best training for this course based on other providers I have used. Trainer Con Dalas has been brilliant and makes it a pleasure to attend the course. If you get Con, you're laughing, literally.

James Boehm, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

Auctus Training and Education is an excellent institution with highly professional staff. I completed my Certificate IV in Training and Assessment in 2024 under Con, an exceptional trainer. He provided constant support, demonstrating strong skills and subject knowledge. Highly recommended.

Neeru Tripathi, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

The TAE40116 Training and Assessment course led by Con Dalas in 2023 was an enlightening journey, fostering growth, empowering educators, and enhancing skills. Well, worth the journey. Thank You.
