Tracy`s Success Story - Solfit Yoga and Barre

Solfit Yoga and Barre studio founder Tracy was a nominee for 2019 Best New Business Award for her incredible achievements in her first year of business. Tracy has brought to life a 5 year dream to own and operate her own yoga studio in Port Lincoln.

Tracy had been made redundant after working at Prominent Hill where she drove dump trucks for 5 years. Through all that time, Tracy had dreamed about opening a hot yoga studio in Port Lincoln.

"When I was made redundant from my driving job, I began to put my plans into action," explains Tracy. "A friend who had just started up his own plumbing business, told me about the program and I decided I had nothing to lose by making a phone call. I spoke to Vicky - she encouraged and supported me through the whole process."

Tracy is incredibly proud of her indigenous heritage, and is influencing her community to live a healthy, active life. She is empowering people from all walks of life by facilitating active participation across all ages.
