Skills Assessment Instructions

Certificate III in Individual Support has just 13 total course units, including 7 core units and 6 elective units. The 6 elective units are split into 3 main groups, Ageing, Disability or Home&Community specialisations. You are free to choose a set of electives, and your chosen units will determine which specialisation you will gain.

For each of this units, you will be asked a series of questions about knowledge, skills and evidence that you will need to demonstrate or provide for a claim of recognition of prior learning. There is no right or wrong answer, so please answer YES or NO as honesty as possible. This will give you a clear indication of the likely chance of success for formal recognition of each unit and overall obtaining the qualification.
