We all know that there is a wealth of knowledge in all industries which needs to be passed on. Amongst other things that you do in your workplace, you must give your workers information, training, instruction or supervision to protect them and others from any Workplace Health and Safety risks.
The BSB41415 Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety is the qualification offered that is the industry standard at the moment in Work Health and Safety. This is a formal nationally recognised qualification for people working in a Work Health and Safety (WHS) role who work to provide leadership and guidance to others and have some limited responsibility for the output of others.
The qualification reflects the role of workers who apply a broad knowledge base and well developed skills in a wide variety of contexts and may include coordinators, advisors and facilitators.
The new Cert IV WHS group commences in Adelaide on September the 18th and runs over a short 6 months, one day per fortnight, in a comfortable classroom atmosphere here in our Training Rooms at Payneham.
Some of the work will be completed in the classroom workshops and there will also be a degree of home work which will need to be done outside during the break.
We will also provide additional support outside of the classroom by the trainer should you need it via phone and email. All resources for the training will be provided including training materials, manuals and templates which may support activities to be completed as part of the qualification.
We cover areas such as WHS Law, Safety Systems, Emergency procedures, rehabilitation and much more…
